JSTOR Maintenance

Well, ArtSTOR isn't the only 'STOR going down for Maintenance this weekend.

Service Alert: Today, April 30, 4 PM-12 AM EST (UTC-5 hours), the JSTOR site has scheduled maintenance. You will be able to search and download, but will not be able to reset passwords, save citations, or create/update MyJSTOR accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience. ARTstor maintenance

We've heard from ARTstor that it will be down for maintenance some of this weekend:

ARTstor will be performing temporary maintenance on Saturday evening, May 1, 2010 between the hours of 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM EDT. At this time, service will be temporarily suspended.
If you experience any severe delays, please notify ARTstor User Services at userservices@artstor.org.

MarketLine database

We have a new trial for a database! It is called MarketLine, and it contains valuable information on companies, industries and countries. Some of you may have already heard of it.

You can access MarketLine from this link (only accessible on campus network):

It will be on the ULM Library website also and the trial ends on May 22nd.

Extended Finals Hours

The Library will be open longer for the weekend before finals!

Friday, May 7: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday, May 8: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Sunday, May 9: 10:00 am – 1:00 am

First Floor Changes

Some of you may have noticed that in the past few months that the first floor of the library has been changing. Over the Spring Break, more things have been moved, and more will continue to happen later as well.

The computer lab has been expanded, and will soon be fully operational.

Library closed on Sunday

In spite of previous reports to the contrary, the library will remian closed on Sunday, April 11th.
