Some databases are out...

Due to techincal difficulties, many of our databases aren't working on or off campus. Some alternate emergency links have been put up on the Database page, but they are still slow, and they won't work off-campus at all.

Also, 2 more of our resources that don't use that same network, and are working on-campus today, are not working off-campus. This has been an issue for a while and is taking more time to resolve.
